Jay get second hand Gardner TLBs sent over from UK from tacklefanatics. Trust me. These things last forever, they are professionally checked over, and they will cost you about 40 Euros each.
They are amazing. I have been using mine flat out with the same batteries in for 3 years, winter sleet, hail, snow, monsoon rain, the works
