How to set up a Poll

was looking to start a poll
anyone know how to set it up

also, how do I put a picture into a post rather than a server link . . .

When your posting click on the small image it looks like a yellow box with an image of a mountain in it.Then a small box will open up and paste the url of the image into it.

For a poll you need to be starting off a new topic, you will then see the option for the poll under where you press preview/send.
