Hey all, I'm thinkin of getting a new motor possibly a jeep of some sort. What jeeps do you drive and would you recomend it?? Hard on diesel??? I know most jeeps are but i'd just like some of your opinions. Or maybe a 00 or 01 transporter or something.

have a seat inca van, good on diesel not bad on space, does the job fine. not what you asked but it may help

renault trafic are ment to do 700km to e80 of diesel. comfy also. so my boss says.

Just read a few reviews on the traffic, but everyone says its the most un-reliable piece of crap ever. They did say it was comfy and fuel effecient tho.

01hyundai santa fe,2lt petrol ,bitch on juice around the town,not bad on open road,it can be for sale,nct up but booked for November.buckets of room drop the back seats...cheap

I have a Kia Sorento 2.5 TD ex Commercal. I've had it 3 years never had any problems with it. Has plenty of room for the gear and isn't to bad juice concisering it's a 2.5lr TD. It's very comfortable too.

I bought mine when it was a year old for €22,000 but you can pick up a 05 one now for about €11,000 for the ex version.

i have one of them for sale 05 id take 7000 for it ,just no need for it anymore as im in the van the whole time taxed for the year

Sorry guys I would consider it but way outa my league. I've only got a budget of about 4500-5000 max in cluding insurance.

berlingo hdi. you can get a 03/04 one for about 2700 its fast (90bhp) and easy on diesel plus your rods will fit in the back. try donedeal.ie good site for cars and commercials..

pajero all the way kid ya wont go wrong with a mitsubishi hard on juice but for offroadin comfort power it makes up for itself (plenty of green stuff into it)
