I dont know if any of you are aware but they are showing this series on the TV finally The first program is being shown on channel 4 at 7.00am on the 13th of June if it is popular with the veiwing Audience they may repeat it at a later time at a later date

I cant wait to see it , Martin Bowler is a top angler . Poor guy almost died making that , he got some sort of desease when he was laid up in bed with it he continued to write for the magazine columns . Thats dedication for you , Im not sure of what desease he got but it stays with you and can comback at any time . Dedication lads dedication !!!

I got the box set a while ago.Some really good footage and massive fish of all species on it. Theres one really good episode where he`s stalking a huge carp...I wont ruin it but the fight is amazing!!

it was viles disease you can catch it from rats and I thiink pidgeon crap
but I didnt that once you got it it stayed with you for the rest of your life

watched the first 2 episodes on youtube, camera work is stunning well worth a look cant seem to find the other episodes, anyone know why?
