Bought a set of Okuma powerwliners in Climax tackle last year and have have had no probs with them, I think that they are very good value for the money and would recomend them if your in the market. There is a 5 year guarntee with Okumas.

Make sure you get something with a bit of guts,as spodding can really take its toll on most run of the mill reels.

I'd be going for the daiwa spod reel, 99 sterling. Quick retrieve and spool isn't too deep so won't cost you a fortune to fill with braid.
