Im driving to the uk 2m, going to watch the match and said id bring fishing gear with me and wet a line.

going to 2 lakes - Monument for 36hr and Baden Hall for 24hr

Any1 ever fished these lakes? if so, any info>>

try a few gallon of maggots,never fished it but spent many a morning at the cafe on site,very well managed fishery as are all the rh fisheries,we booked the lake on weston park for 3years,the lads were always gettin big hits on maggs on monument

Garlic flavoured maggots used to work well at one stage I think, not sure if it still does though
