For sale: Set of 4 Rod Hutchinson DreamMaker Enduro 13' 3.5lb Test Curve rods.

As with most Hutchy rods, these are rare as hen's teeth, the only other set i've seen in the last 3 years was a well used set of them on sale in Italy for over a grand. These rods are in excellent condition, a few small scuffs on the Duplon handles but little else. These rods are rung for distance with Fuji High Stand-Off Silicone Carbide Rings throughout, all in pristine condition. Ringing is 40mm, 30mm, 25mm, 20mm, 16mm with a 12mm tip. Fuji DPS reel seat with built in Line Clip and up top a Silicone Carbide tip-eye. As with all Hutchinson rods, each rod has an anodised butt cap with the Rod Hutchinson logo above a rubber cap which saves the rod butt from any damage. Overfit joints are used as they've been found to be far more reliable and stronger and as a nice touch, the whipping and epoxy coating continues from the joint fitting right through to the 40mm Buttring strengthening the joint even more. The rods are a reddish/ brown weave which you'll see in the photos below. Being hand built, this set of rods are numbered as follows 9, 10, 14, and 120. These rods are not, and I repeat, not the cheaper Icon/ Inspiration Enduro model which was wheeled out in the late 00's, these are the Dreammaker's as you'll see in the photo's below.

I'm only moving these on as I have another set of Hutchinson Dreammakers, the Enigma model which I'm used to and wouldn't part with. This set have been sitting in my holdall not getting the use they deserve so I've decided to sell them rather than let them gather dust. If you know your gear then you know what your getting with these rods. I'd prefer to see them go to someone who'll appreciate them and get many years of top quality use from them.

These rods cost £399stg new so you'll understand then why I'm looking for €700 ono for the 4. The buyer will not be disappointed.
