Just booked 2 weeks in etang de brigueil from 5th July.
Taking the fly in package as ferries were insane costs.

Not done france before so drooling at the prospect. Did some lakes on US bases in Germany last 2 years.

I haven't booked flights for brigueil yet - does anyone have a tried and tested low cost flight route ? Looks like I may have to go via Southampton or stanstead.

Hi we landed 24 fish the biggest one was Franky common 49lb 12oz and lots of 40's and 30's what I can say is it was the best fishing trip ever.

The fishing here at Blavet Valley Lakes is starting to pick up very well now.

The biggest fish out so far this week is a stunning 49lb 6oz mirror, Paul who landed her beat his p.b. by more than 20lbs.

No 50,s out last week but 2 x high 40,s, 1 mirror and 1 common.

The biggest out the week before that was 54lb 4oz.

All the fish coming out are in pristine condition, our winter feeding is really paying off - our carp get fed pellet every 12 hours throughout the winter by automatic feeder + added maize and wheat.

Hi glen,hopin for a bit of a change after 2 trips and 2 blanks,one on margot 2012, one on the Island 2013.This year I think i'll go back to using hooks........The usual suspects are niall walker,Richard piotrowski,Paul creedon,myself and two others,should be a goodun.six going 14 swims.cant wait..
