Got a text from paul this morning.Gale force winds,and endless rain.Nialls fish scored 47.6lb yesterday evening.But nothing since.Hope they get a break in the weather,the catch rate will go up.

There are also..grass carp or (grassies).They are longer and sleeker than their cousins...There are crucians,They are smaller and rounder with a very golden colour.And Koi.They are usually ornamental,and small.But can grow to 20+ in the right conditions;see waynes 18lb in the grosley album,gallery.In the linear group,there is a type called a ZIP Linear,so called because of the tight well place row of scales along its lateral line resembling a zip.
